In mid March 2020 I was sent home to work for an unknown duration of time. What everyone believed would be a short lived work from home situation rapidly tuned into month, after month, after month of not being in the office working.
Today marks approximately 104 days since this episode of COVID Zombies began. I am thankful no one I know nor me or my family have been sick so far. I know those who have been sick second hand. For you and your own loved ones I wish you safe travels.
Two days ago while sitting outside working, a little bored… I noticed my fingernails that are normally pretty rough. Normally my nails have waves or grooves in them and they are not smooth. You might also see a white spot here or there, Oddly this is called Leukonychia.
Looking over my nails I can see a marked difference between the ends of my nails and the portion nearest the finger or toe. The nail that grew over the last one hundred plus days is clear of white spots (Leukonychia) and the nail is smooth with no visible waves or grooves.
It makes me wonder how much less stress I have dealt with for some time now. I have barely left the house. My dog and I are loving it!
